Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your FitCarry purchase.
If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Processing time: 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged items caused by the customer
Items without original packaging
Items that have been washed, modified, or altered
Clearance or sale items
Health or personal care items (water bottles, shakers, etc.) for hygienic reasons unless unopened
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We do not issue refunds for items lost during return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with:
A photo or video of the issue
Your order number
Your full name and email
We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If the customer entered an incorrect address or failed to collect the package, shipping fees are non-refundable.
A resend can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank statement again.
Contact your credit card company or bank — processing may take time.
